“Seven Hills is located in the Blacktown local government area of western Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. The suburb is situated approximately 26 kilometres west of the Sydney central business district and is part of the Greater Western Sydney region.
The population of Seven Hills was 14,746 as at the 2016 Australian census. The suburb has a mix of residential and commercial developments.
The first land grant in the area was made to Rev. Richard Hill in 1805. The suburb was named after him in 1954. A major development in the area was the construction of the Seven Hills Reservoir in 1952.
