Information on The Suburb, Queenscliff We Are Serving
“Queenscliff is located on the northern shores of Sydney Harbour, in the Municipality of Pittwater. The population was 2,223 at the 2011 census. Local government is provided by Pittwater Council.
The area was first settled by Europeans in 1788 when it was part of a land grant to James Lukin. The suburb was named after Queenscliff, Victoria, which was named for Queen Victoria. Development in the area began in the 1880s when a number of grand homes were built along the harbour foreshore. Many of these homes are still standing and are now used as holiday homes or weekenders.
The suburb is surrounded by other suburbs including Mona Vale, Avalon, Palm Beach, Whale Beach and Bayview. It is located approximately 30 minutes’ drive from Sydney’s CBD.”

“Start from the Northern Beaches area and drive south on the Pacific Highway. Once you reach the Sydney Harbour Bridge, continue over it and stay on the highway.
