“Botany is located in the south-eastern suburbs of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. The population was 9,715 at the 2016 census. Botany Bay is a local government area (LGA) which contains the suburb of Botany and the smaller suburbs of Banksmeadow, Pagewood and Brighton-Le-Sands.
